The majority of the parts are made with synthesized materials. Thanks to material selection, process inspections, final verifications and the concept of self-lubrication, pumps have a long life and their warranty can be extended up to 3 years. The pumps are checked and 100% certified in compliance with the client's specifications. All the models are reversible, which means that by inverting the rotation direction, the intake inlet becomes the outlet and vice versa. The pump shaft is coaxial to the pump itself, so to make it easy to apply and less bulky. The main application of the pumps is by submersion in the tank; operations outside the tank are also possible and, in this case, the pump is locked inside jackets with coupling flanges and interface for the inlet and outletThe filtration systems use a filtering part made of fibers, constantly keeping a dirt layer to regulate the filtration process. The software enhances the regeneration of the filtering part so to optimize the filtration/flow-rate combination. The degree of filtration can be modified simply by changing the parameters of the PLC or by substituting the filtering parts.Thanks to the high quality of the lubricating fluid and the filtered coolant (average filtration at 5 micron), the incidence of roughness decreases and the grinding disc provides high performance for a longer time, thus limiting the grinding wheel dressing frequency. There are also logistic advantages: with a plant footprint of 2.5 mq, it is possible to supply entire production lines or complete plants (enormous space recovery). Moreover, the automatic regeneration of the filter parts and the longer life of the lubricant and coolant (always clean and oxygenated) lead to a reduction in operating and maintenance costs; the longer life of the lubricant/coolant also allows a reduction in waste disposal costs and the costs for the purchase of new lubricants/coolant fluids. After all, the filtration system produced by the company does not require the use of disposable items (such as paper sheets, cellulose flour, diatomaceous earth) so they have reduced environmental impact.
